We have been delighted to see a trend developing for couples to choose locally grown, seasonal flowers for their big day. At Hay Lane we are pleased to be able to offer a grow your own bespoke flowers wedding service.
We will grow a complete bed of flowers in your chosen colour scheme for your big day. The wedding flower beds contain enough flowers for a brides bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, buttonholes and table arrangements for the venue. This means that your flowers will be unique and will contain the freshest flowers simply not available in the average high street florists shop.
We are happy to cut and condition your flowers for you, ready for you or your chosen florist to arrange. However for something a bit different with oodles of photo opportunities why not bring a few friends and come and cut your own flowers? While the flowers are packaged you could enjoy a light lunch with a glass or two of British fizz, followed by a hands on workshop covering how to make a hand tied wedding bouquet, buttonholes and simple table arrangements. An ideal pre-wedding activity for a group of bridesmaids and groomsmen or any family group.
We can also supply florists tape, ribbon, twine and wire to help you if you choose to create your own bouquets for the big day.
Prices for a bespoke wedding flowers bed start at £250. The lunch with British fizz costs £30 per head. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
