FRESH FLOWERS

Here you can pre-order flowers for collection from the Flower Shed at Hay Lane. Pre-ordering is available a week ahead for Fridays through to Sundays to cover our busiest times. If you would like flowers for another date, no problem, simply drop us a message!

Terms and Conditions –

Perishable Goods & Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted and refunds will not be given. Flowers require some basic care to ensure they remain in good condition – keep out of direct sunlight, in a cool room, in a vase of clean water. Their water should be changed at least every other day.

Substitution Policy: Seasonal availability may require that we may substitute certain stems or colors of equal or greater value.

Exreme weather:

Heatwaves – If flowers exposed to high temperatures, or intense sunshune, such as during a heatwave, their condition and their vase life will be impacted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that flowers, once purchased, are kept cool and out of direct sunlight. We can take no responsibility for flowers having a reduced vase life in the event of a heat wave.

Cold – In winter months our flowers are intended for indoor displays only, unless otherwise stated. Most fresh flowers will not survive being frozen, and dried flowers will not survive if they get wet. Care of the products, once purchased, is the responsibility of the purchaser.
